- This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. It is a colourised photograph of two groups canoeing on the Thames River underneath the Sarnia Bridge. Canoeing on the river and Rice Lake has been a popular recreational activity in St. Marys since the creation of the Dam in 1908.
This postcard is used and dated September 20, 1916. - Notes
- Condition: Good - Some wear on corners, discolouration on matte and edges.
