Description
This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. This is the St. Marys Post Office, built in 1956 to replace the aging building on Water Street South, which is now a restaurant. Standing on Wellington Street South, this red-bricked building originally held the station of the St. Marys O.P.P., and is still used as a post office to this day.
