- An article written by Lars Eedy for the St. Marys Journal-Argus. Lars Eedy is the son of Dorothy Eedy. Normally, Dorothy wrote the weekly column "Eat at Our House" but Lars filled in as a guest columnist for this edition.
In the column Lars Eedy describes the way in which he perfected his mother's chili recipe. He then gives details on how to make the "perfect" chili con carne. Eedy also includes his mother Dorothy's original recipe and his mother-in-law Dalia Hugo's recipe.
Recipes included in the article: "Dorothy's Chili", "Lars' Chili" and "Dalia's Chili".
