Description
An article written by local columnist Dorothy Eedy titled "Will microwave soon be a new car option?". This article is about the increasing need for fast food in North America. Eedy quotes Richard Nelson (director of market research service for Campbell Soup) who predicted that by 1992 there would be microwave ovens in vehicles. She further discusses the negatives to this sort of technology being available in cars. She offers quick at home alternatives to eating at fast food restaurants.

Recipes included in the article: "Quick and Easy Creole Dinner", "Beef Stroganoff" and "Guacamole".
