An article written by local columnist Dorothy Eedy titled "We're all responsible for environment: Individuals, business, industry must co-operate". This article is about the issue of climate change. Eedy writes about the negative effects plastics and pollution from large industry have on the environment and the need for biodegradable alternatives. She quotes biologist and environmentalist David Suzuki, listing the various issues facing the planet such as over-population and the exploitation of natural resources.
