Description
This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. It depicts the front and side of the Methodist Church in Granton, with trees covering the upper walls. The congregation was founded in 1869 and soon consisted of members from Granton, Prospect Hill, and Bethel. The current building opened in June 1894 and was redecorated significantly in 1939.

Condition: Wear on the matting, some stains near the top.
