Description
This photo shows the old post office that is now Custom's House Restaurant. The post office was built in 1908, and stayed in this location until it was relocated to Wellington Street in 1957. After the post office, the building was used as an armory, then became Sir Joe's Restaurant in the early 1970s, and was renamed to be called "Damen's Restaurant" in the 1990s. The restaurant that occupies the building now is Custom's House.
