- Description
- This is a photograph of a man in a tractor pulling snow on Wellington Street North. You can see a sign that says "Cities Service" at 11 Wellington Street North. An inscription on the back of the photograph says: "Harry Dobson is at the wheel of a Fordson tractor pulling a scoopful of white stuff. Mike Smith's garage is at the rear of the Royal Bank and Frank Willards' 1937 Ford is parked in front of his paint shop which is now the site of the Waghorn, Stephens and De Young Law Office (1978)."
Now, forty years later (2018) the Waghorn, Stephens and De Young office has become the Waghorn, Stephens, Sipos and Poulton law office. The Army Navy and Royal Bank also remain in the same location. - Notes
