Description
This is a photograph from the newspaper called "The Water Was Rising." The caption for the photo says "after several weeks of good fortune, St. Marys residents were watching the Thames River and Trout Creek on Tuesday as rains swelled the two waterways and another flood threatened. Water was lapping near the level of the parking lot behind the Royal Edward Hotel."

Condition: good - some discolouration on back.
