- This photograph shows a large congregation of people at a barn raising, according to the photograph's description. Men, women, and children can be seen on horses and carts, in front of the barn, or on the roof. This photograph was probably taken in the St. Marys area but it is possible that it was taken elsewhere.

- Condition: fair - some tearing of paper on upper edge and creases in the corners.
