- Description
- This photograph shows a male child (possibly William Stevens) between 1-3 years old holding a cane in his left hand while grasping a prop with his right. The child is standing upright and looking to the side of the camera with a neutral expression. The cloudiness of the ground below the boy suggests his feet were moving while the photo was being taken.
- Notes
- Condition: front: a few stains near the top middle edge and right top corner areas. A few brown spotted stains on child's right arm and on bottom skirt. A few scratches throughout with painted edges peeling/chipping off. Marks along bottom of photograph suggest paint was stuck to something. Corners peeling apart.
Reverse: some dark stains throughout and wrinkled corners. Bottom right corner has grease-type stain - Inscriptions
