Description

This is a family portrait of the Salmon family (from left to right: Elizabeth, Annie, Alice and James) taken by J. Leary and Company in the 1890s.

Notes

Condition: Front: Photo is faded, discoloured and worn with a few scratch marks and dents throughout. There is a small dark stain on the left side near James Salmon's right elbow and one by Alice Salmon's left shoulder. The Leary logo is wearing off.
Back: worn and a little dirty with some creases in the top right corner. Small tear in bottom left corner and grey/brown stains throughout. There are a couple small red marks on the right side near the pencil handwriting
