- This is a modified percussion cap muzzle loader .75 gauge musket. It has a shorter gun stock and barrel, as well as a metal ramrod thimble addition. It was unearthed on a farm in Smithville, Ontario in the 1940s. It is the standard size for British musket barrels and balls and the stamp indicates it was manufactured in Belgium.
