- box; white with brown print; for bottle (1995.33.12.1 & .2)
- formerly displayed at the dispensary of Hudson-Moor Pharmacy which was situated in Nortown Centre on St. Clair St. in Chatham; pharmacists A. D. Clarence Moor and George E. (Soapy) Hudson co-owned the store which opened in 1960; Mr. Hudson passed away in 1965; Mr. Moor sold the business in 1981 to Super X Drugstores (who later sold to Shoppers Drug Mart)
