- A - clear; 4 piece mold; cylindrical tapering slightly at top; lip in mouth for cap; embossed "D" within diamond on base; also "L" and "6"
- B - round beige cardstock with red printing; reads "creamed / cottage/ cheese/ Blenheim / Dairy / BLENHEIM/ ONT./ PRINTED IN U.S.A."; diameter is 6.7 cm.; inset tab attached with staple
- Blenheim Dairy originated in early 1900s; in 1931, William and Lottie Neil built a new operation with pasteurizing equipment; continued in business until 1969
