- front: pointed flap closure; 2 rows of glass beading on orange material around outer edge extends to back; 3 groupings of beads inside row of beads on front flap; bottom has 3 groupings of beads inside 2 rows of beads
- back: grouping of beads form triangle in middle; group of beads above form flower
- "25" on square piece of material on inside flap
