- - two-stepped rectangular wooden base; tall wooden block in centre flanked with a smaller block on each side.
- centre block is surmounted with a brass, male figure clutching a laurel wreath to his chest with both hands; brass plque mounted on fromt of block is engraved: "THE / MINNEAPOLIS / AWARD / OUTSTANDING / CHAPTER OF THE WORLD".
- each flanking block is surmounted by a brass eagle with outstretched wings; plaque mounted below each eagle reads: "MEMBER / THE UNITED STATES / JUNIOR / CHAMBER OF / COMMERCE".
