- Description
- This is an image of a horse-drawn piece of farm equipment with a man on it cutting wheat in a field. The piece of equipment is thought to be a horse-drawn binder which would be used to cut grain and bind it into bundles. The farm belongs to M.S. Weber, so presumably he is the man pictured. His farm was in Waterloo County, which preceded the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
This photo belongs to the Reesor Collection, which is a group of photos taken by Milton W. Reesor, a local amateur photographer. He took many photos of friends, family, animals, outdoor activities, machinery, the railway, and more in and around St. Marys from 1898-1910. - Inscriptions
