- This autograph album was the property of Seddie Nicholson and almost all of the approximatly 80 pages are signed around 1878 when she attended Cobourg's Brookhurst Ladies Academy which was associated with Victoria College. Many of the pages are loose from the cover but most are legible and contain chiefly greetings, poems and wise sayings.
