- (A) - dull grey circular medal, obverse has 3 soldiers and a dove with an olive branch, around the perimeter reads: "PEACEKEEPING SERVICE DE LA PAIX", maple leaf seperates the French and English; reverse shows a maple leaf with an "E II R" surrmounted by a crown superimposed over it, surrounded by laurel leaves and at the bottom is "CANADA"; attached to straight bar suspender and hangs from a ribbon of blue flanked by bands of white, red, and green
(B) length of ribbon the same as that suspending the medal (L-21cm, W-3.2cm)
(C) white cardboard box with blask felt interior (L-11.4cm, W-5.5cm, H-2cm)
(D) white cardboard box lid for C with black writing on top: "PEACEKEEPING/SERVICE/LA PAIX" (L-12.1cm, W-5.7cm, H-1.5cm)
