- (A) - silver four armed cross with royal cypher of King George V in centre, maple leaves at the ends of 3 arms and a crown on the top arm, the whole surmounted by a ring suspended triangle which runs a thin purple silk ribbon, on reverse is engraved "189305/PtE. H. BUTLER"
(B) - black hinged box with gold crown on lid and cream interior to hold A (9cm X 6.5cm X 2cm)
