Description
Wooden frame containling the following:
- A silver British War Medal 1914-1918 (no ribbon), the obverse bearing the bust of King George V, the rim impressed with the recipient's name "880115 PTE. D. ATTEWELL 18th CAN. INF".
- Small silver medal, the obverse depicting two soldiers within a laurel wreath with wording inside the wreath reading "ASHINGTON SAILORS & SOLDIERS GREAT WAR 1914-1919" and "WELCOME HOME".
- Pieces of ribbon for a British War Medal 1914-1918 and an Inter-Allied Victory Medal.
A paper label inside the frame reads "Pt. Daniel Attewell/880115 186th Battalion".
