I don't have a name, but perhaps this is an after death photo. The younger child appears to be very lethargic looking, with no stiffness to the arms and the left leg is hanging down. Many times an adult was covered by a blanket holding up the deceased child (look behind the child). Sometimes this was the only photo a family would have of a family member.
