- This beautiful photograph, a matted, cabinet card format, shows an attractive young woman, identified as Miss Caven - or Miss Julia McIntyre's aunt.
Jeanie (or Jane) Caven was the daughter of John Caven and Mary Milroy Caven, early settlers in the Motherwell area. Her brother was the Reverend William Caven and her sister was Mary Caven McIntyre, grandmother of Julia McIntyre.
Jeanie Caven was married to Andrew McFadzen. They also lived in the Motherwell area and are buried in the St. Marys Cemetery.
