Dr. L.L. Follick in this photo is Leonard Laughlin Follick the s/o Enoch Follick and Ann Fenwick. Leonard was a dentist in St Mary's.
His sister Mabel Alice Follick worked for him in 1911 so no doubt she is the Miss M. Follick also noted as being in the picture.
They are part of my Vollick aka Follick family

There are three McCamus's in the photo. Wm. McCamus is my grandfather, William Roswell McCamus, Miss Mary McCamus, and Miss Marion Kate McCamus. All are the children of Rev. David Nathan McCamus and Kate Jamieson. I'm not sure, but I expect the Rev. was the Church's minister at the time. In those days ministers were moved every few years.
