The Mr. Pickard in the second row is Amos Algernon Pickard, my G G uncle, 1855-1936. I have other photos of him. He was a well-known cheese maker who won an award at the Chicago World's Fair in 1893. His family home still stands on the southern boundary of St. Marys and the current owners were kind enough to give my cousin and me a tour.
