The first young man is unidentified, the one standing next to him on the step is John McLarkey, and the boy standing on the sidewalk is Alex Maclean.

Maclean's drugstore once occupied half of what is now 166 Queen Street East.
Notes
Condition: Good. Image is clear, though fairly worn and yellowed.
