Description
Photo of the corner of Queen Street and Water Street during a flood that occurred in 1947. A group of people can be seen at the corner looking as though they are observing the damage. A car can be seen at the left looking as though it is moving through the water with some other cars looking as if they are moving down Water Street despite the water.

The Great Star Flour Mill can be seen in the background with a sign advertising Coca Cola and "Meats" and "Groceries" in the southeast corner building (currently Coffee Culture).
