We now know that this auction took place November 1940 on the farm of Mrs. Robin Moore on the baseline. In the group photograph of men attending the auction, the two men sitting in the sleigh are Milton Evans and George Hookway. The older auctioneer is William McNeil. Harry Cole is the man in the top left corner and Ken Parkinson is standing directly behind the two men in the sleigh.
