Hi, the field with the cattle is where our house is now , it was built in 1878 by James Thompson who was a grain merchant, and the publisher of the independent newspaper, do you have any pictures of when I understand it was a rooming house , in the war, not sure of the year, I’m always interested in the history of our house, we found a silver spoon with the top missing , it was used as a spoon for mess tins. Any pictures or history of our house would be greatly appreciated. Sandra Deegan
