Photo showing the effects of the 1912 flood on the Flats. The Flats (Milt Dunnell Field) is under water as well as the Grandstand, the Boathouse and the Island Park at the Royal Edward Hotel.

The original photo had been labeled as to where places normally were (such as the "Grand Stand", "Dam", etc.).
