Description
Photo of C.S. Rumsey posed to look as if he is skating on a skating rink outdoors.

Charles Stockman Rumsey had been the manager of the Federal Bank in St. Marys (southwest corner of Wellington and Queen Streets - where Desjardin Credit Union is located now).
