- This document is a certificate appointing John Dease Servos, Gentleman, as Lieutenant of a Company in the 1st Regiment of Militia in the County of Lincoln and District of Niagara, commanded by Colonel Ralfe Clench, on August 20th, 1810. It is signed by Francis Gore, Lieutenant Governor of Upper Canada.
