Description
This is a fragment of the fuse/cloth that was said to have been used by Benjamin Lett to ignite the gun powder that blew up the first Brock Monument at Queenston on April 17, 1840. The fragment of red silk cloth is said to be a piece of the flag carried at Lundy`s Lane in 1814.
