- This is a black and white photo of a group of men manually loading lumber onto a large freighter. Five men stand on top of a large pile of lumber ready to be loaded. Five additional men are actively involved in receiving the lumber and laying it down on the boat floor. The water surrounding the boat is filled with unprocessed logs.
- Inscriptions
- A typed note at the bottom of the photograph reads: "Early 1900's lumber being loaded at the fish dock. Notice the logs in the bay and all the trees along what today if the beach and Lakeside Park."
