- This is a black and white photo taken on Main Street in the summer or fall months, in front of the Barrett Block next to the Heffernan Hotel. A group of men are being led down the street by an older man carrying a Union Jack flag who is dressed in what appears to be a Legion uniform.
Several other men are in the procession. They are in suits and ties with hats, while following them are more gentlemen in Legion uniforms.
