Description
This is a black and white photo of the Burtis Mill boarding house located at the edge of the water. There are three two story buildings, and two smaller one story buildings, all are wood frame construction, with what appears to be cedar shake shingles on the roofs.

A tugboat can be seen in the bay while another boat is along side the dock.
