    This is a large white china soup bowl with a dark blue pattern known as "The old Mill" by Johnson Bros, England. The dish has a scalloped edge and the pattern shows an old fashioned water wheel mill,

    This pattern was first available in 1952 and was discontinued in 1977.

    Markings on the back are " Myott Son & Cr Ltd. Made in England." There is also a small red crest with MYOTT written on top and Staffordshire England below.
