    Condition: Fair. Yellowed a lot; some stains and a little tarnishing.

    Condition: copy is excellent – the original is brown toned and very silvered (which is reflecting so much, the image is hard to see). Digital copy has come out much clearer.

    The St. Marys Town Hall was built in 1891 in order to replace the former town hall which had burned down 2 years earlier. The St. Marys Public Library was built in 1904 using an Andrew Carnegie grant
