BERTRAND, Florence - At Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, March 7, 2011, Florence Bertrand, of RR#3 Norwich, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Wray Bertrand. Dear mother of John and wife Jill of Norwich, Tom and wife Dianne of Woodstock, Cliff and wife Sandy of Norwich, Nancy Blondie and husband Duane of Woodstock, Ralph and wife Wilma of Eastwood, Elgin of Norwich, Kevin and wife Cheryl of Scotland. She will be missed by her 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law to Joy Walpole of Woodstock. Predeceased by grandson Garnet Robblee, brothers Robert and Cliff, sisters Gladys, Lena, and Janet.
