INGHAM, George Joseph - Peaceful at Parkwood Hospital, London with family at his side on Monday, June 13, 2011. Survived by his wife of 69 years Jean Maxine (nee Furtney), son Edward John (Ted) and Ruth of Ingersoll; grandchildren Bill of Belle River, Kathie (Darren) of Kincardine, Sue (Josh) Little of Goderich and great grandchildren Jamie and Jordan Ingham, Nevaeh and Hadley Little; brothers Frank (late Marion) of Goderich, Chuck(Karen) of Centreville; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Bill (1968), sister Peace (William) Brewer, parents Frank and Hilda (Underwood) Ingham. George was World War II veteran and a member of Beachville Legion. Friends will be received at the McBEATH-DYNES FUNERAL HOME 246 Thames Street South, Ingersoll Thursday 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, June 17, 2011 at 11 am with interment to follow at Harris Street Cemetery. Donations in George’s memory to Parkwood Hospital Veteran’s wing or the Alzheimer Society (cheques accepted) would be appreciated.
