RYDER, Cynthia Lynn "Nin" - Cindy died peacefully at LHSC Victoria Hospital with her family by her side on Wednesday, September 14, 2011. Cindy Ryder (nee Pletch) of RR7 Woodstock at the age of 47. Beloved wife and best friend of Larry. Loving mother of Christopher John "CBJB" (Genevieve Soos), Matthew Aaron Daniel "Matchew" (Emily Yurek), and Chelsey Lynn "Bunners" (Michael Gee), and special mother to Jessica Gal, and also to Ryan Goble (Kori MacCabe). Also survived by her father Richard Pletsch of Woodstock and her brother Rick Pletch (Sandra) of Haliburton. Sister-in-law of Marg Elliott of Woodstock, Lorraine Schaafsma (Bert) of Burgessville and Kate Phelps of Woodstock. Also lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Predeceased by her mother Jenny Pletch (2001), mother-in-law Mary Ryder (2009), father-in-law Fred Ryder (1973), grandfather Walter Pletch (1992) and Larry's brothers Wilfred Ryder (1972), Allan Ryder, and John Ryder (2010). Cindy was employed at Cami Automotive for 22 years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Monday, 1-3 and 7-9 pm. A service to celebrate Cindy's life will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dave Snihur officiating. In memory of Cindy please donate blood and platelets.
