TRIBE, Harry Kingsley - passed away quietly in his 98th year at home Wednesday, October 5, 2011; but will live on in the hearts and souls of those who loved him. Loving husband of Jessie (nee Rettie) for 67 years. Father of Lahring Tribe and grandfather of Robert Cairns (Julia Koznova). Father of Jeffery Tribe (Diane) and grandfather of Leanne (Arnold Sooknanan), Lindsay (Joel McKie), Lori (Michael Visser) and Jeremy (Lyndsay Garland). Brother of Stanley Tribe and Richard Tribe (Pauline) and brother-in-law of Robert Vine and Grace Rettie. Uncle to Robert Parsons (Adele), David Tribe (Carol), John Tribe (Lynda); Alan Wittet (Sylvia); Allan Gates (Connie), Sharon Calvert (Charlie), Lloyd Gates and John Gates, Stephen Vine (Debbie) and Christopher Vine (June); Judith, Steven and Carol Johnson; and Katherine Parker (Martin), John Rettie (Lori) and James (Michelle) Rettie. Predeceased by parents Tom Tribe and Nina Leigh, siblings Elsie Parsons, Joseph Tribe, George Tribe, Edith Johnson, Norman Tribe, Helen Wittet, Betty Vine, Louise Gates and Betty-June Tribe, sister-in-law Merle Tribe and brothers-in-law Earl Parsons, Elmer Johnson, Ross Wittet, Clifford Gates and Murray Rettie; niece Marilyn Garland (nee Gates) and nephews Lorne Gates and Ronald Johnson. Friends will be received at THE ARN-LOCKIE FUNERAL HOME , 45 Main St. W., Norwich (519) 863-3020 on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Norwich United Church on Friday October 7, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev.
