BUCHAN, Mary (nee Baker) - passed away peacefully on Saturday October 8, 2011 at her residence Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock. Mary Buchan of Woodstock in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Jim Buchan who predeceased her March 7, 2001. Loving mother of Doris Kiras of Woodstock and Donald & his wife Dawn of Michigan. Loved grandmother of Cheryl, James, Stephanie, Daniel, Christopher, Troy and Holly and great-grandmother of Morgan, Tyler, Ryan, Daniel, Nathan, Ann Marie, Reece, Adam, Olivia, Ella, Logan and Bradley. Dear sister of Margaret Vance of Woodstock, Jean Kozey (Nestor)of Gobles and Joan McEwen of London, and sister-in-law of Lorene Baker of RR#4 Bright and Betty Baker of Woodstock. Predeceased by her sisters Ruth Capling, Bessie Schermerhorn and Marjorie Hamel, brothers Jim and Glen Baker and brothers-in-law Howard Vance, Don McEwen, Bill Schermerhorn, Gordon Davies, Russ Capling, and Lorne Hamel. Relatives and friends may call at the GLENDINNING FUNERAL HOME 40 William St., Plattsville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel on Tuesday October 11, 2011 at 1:30 pm. Interment in Chesterfield Cemetery.
