Taylor, Ruth (née Bowyer) (Died)

TAYLOR, Ruth - Ruth Taylor was born August 29, 1931 in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada to Sidney and Daisy Bowyer and passed away on October 16, 2011 in Gold Beach, Oregon. In 1958, she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas with her husband and four children in tow where she lived and raised her children for 40 years. Ruth was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a successful piano teacher for many years and played the organ. In 1985 she became a born again Christian and gave her life to the Lord. In 1997 she returned to Woodstock, Ontario to take care of her elderly mother. Due to an illness, Ruth recently moved to Gold Beach, Oregon to be near her son who is a doctor. Ruth is survived by her four children, Valerie Hastings (husband Allan), Ted Taylor (wife Alice), Cathy Taylor and Lori Webster (husband Jeff) and her wonderful five grandchildren, Will, James, Max, Jordan and Jake.
