VOS, "John" Johannes - At the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday October 25, 2011. "John" Johannes Vos of Brantford and formerly of Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Johanne "Anne" (nee Reijpert) Vos for over 59 years. Dear father of Thea Vos of Woodstock, Jack Vos and his wife Nancy, Leo Vos and his wife Sandra and Trixie Vos (Paul Lickers) all of Brantford. Loved grandfather of Matthew (Roslyn), Ryan, Katie, Janessa Rossi (Pat), Melanie Maleiki (Greg), Brad, Aaron, Jen, Cory and great grandfather of Claudia and Cole. Dear brother of Tjalling Vos and Appie Hoffma (Pete) all of the Netherlands. John will be sadly missed by his dear friend Donny Parsons (Joan) of Woodstock. Friends are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday, October 28, 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A mass of the resurrection will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, 904 Dundas St., Woodstock on Saturday at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow. Interment later in St. Mary's Cemetery.
