McCALLUM, Fred - It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Frederick "Fred" Leonard McCallum at his family farm on Friday May 11, 2012 in his 50th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Kasia (nee Skorupska) McCallum. Dearest father of Peter and Julian. Cherished son of Irene McCallum and son-in-law to Jadwiga Skorupska and Jadeusz Giernalczyk. Dear brother of Doug (Gayle) McCallum, David (Linda) McCallum, Laura (Gord) Romanick and brother-in-law to Lieska McCallum, Peter (Jeanna) Skorupski. Fred is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Sandra (Joel) Moyer, Adam McCallum, Jessica (Andrew) Berkley, Jason (Karma) McCallum, Justin (Margaret) McCallum, Christine McCallum, Andrew McCallum, Nickolas Romanick, Sophia Romanick, Jan Skorupski and Stanislaw Skorupski. Predeceased by his father Leonard McCallum, brother Robert McCallum and by his father-in-law Stanislaw Skorupska. Fred owned and operated "Perfect Vegetable Farms". Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the BROCK AND VISSER FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday May 16, 2012 from 6 - 9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev.
