Silver, Sylvia (Died)

SILVER, Sylvia - Sylvia M. Silver was born on November 3, 1943, and died on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at VON Sakura House, at the age of 68. She is survived by her husband John F. Silver; two sons James and Sandy; eight grandchildren Cody, Daniel, James, Stephaine, Mike, David, Cherlyn, and Mike; and two great grandchildren Destiny and Christian. Also survived by her sisters Georgina Silver (Robert), Beatrice Lockhead, and Irma Slager (Mike), and brothers Robert Cornett (Judy), Bruce Cornett, Lloyd Cornett (Kathleen), Leonard Cornett (Shelley), and John Cornett, all of Nova Scotia. Sylvia was a daughter of the late Frank and Lena Cornett, and was also predeceased by six brothers John, Art, Ronald, Vernon, Frank and Dormen, and one sister Shirley Shute. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Calvary Pentecostal Church, 65 Lansdowne Avenue, Woodstock on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Keith Bishop officiating. Cremation followed by interment later in Nova Scotia.
