SCHOOLEY, Meryl P. - Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday August 21st, 2012. Dr. Meryl P. Schooley of Woodstock. Beloved husband of Dorothy A. Schooley (nee Schill) for over 54 years. Dear father of Brian of Vancouver, Karen (Ian) McCowan of Dorchester, Wayne (Doris) of Waterloo and Diane (Ivan) Schooley-Cox of Ingersoll. Much loved grandfather of Matthew and Katie McCowan, Nicholas and Andrew Schooley; Kevin and Jennifer Cox. Also survived by his brother Monte Schooley of Windsor, and sister Beryl Hutchison of Toronto. Predeceased by his parents Clarence and Beatrice (nee Goring) Schooley, his brother Clendon Schooley and his sister Madeline Mitchell. Meryl founded, owned and operated the Wellington Animal Hospital for over 35 years. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
