COOK, Barbara - At her home in Woodstock, on Monday, September 3, 2012, Barbara Cook (nee Kostis) of Woodstock in her 90th year. Dear sister of Mary J. Kostis and James Kostis. Beloved mother of James Cook (Nancy). Loving grandmother of Jennifer Jackson (Jason), Christopher Cook (Jill), Rachelle Cook, and Daryl Brazeau (Missy) and great grandmother of Ellianna, William, Joey, Brock, Bo, Crew, and Connor. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Mary Kostis, brother Daniel Kostis, sister Dorothy Strickland, daughter Bonnie Brazeau, and granddaughters Samantha and Jamie. Friends will be received at the SMITH-LeROY FUNERAL HOME, 69 Wellington Street North, Woodstock on Thursday, September 6, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 am for a funeral service in the chapel at 11:00 am with Rev. Ken Charlton officiating. Cremation followed by interment later at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
